Vinay Verma is an experienced civil litigator whose practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, shareholder and partnership conflicts, builders liens, and foreclosure. He joined Arora Zbar LLP in 2026 as associate counsel.Called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018, Vinay has a strong track record and a reputation for zealous advocacy. His substantial courtroom experience includes appearances before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. His clients appreciate his approachable nature and commitment to keeping them fully informed at every stage of their matter.
Vinay obtained his law degree from Thompson Rivers University after completing an undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of British Columbia. Born and raised in Surrey, he has deep roots in the Lower Mainland community and brings a genuine understanding of the people and businesses he serves.
Vinay is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
